The free discovery call is a 15-minute conversation designed to see if we’re the right fit for your wellness journey. It’s not a medical consultation- but a chance to:

Initial Functional Medicine Consultation- $315

Your first appointment is all about getting to know you- your story, your symptoms and what matters most to you when it comes to your health. We’ll dig deep into your history, chat through your concerns and start connecting the dots. This is a space where you will be heard, not rushed. We believe that every piece of your health journey matters. Our job is to help uncover what’s getting in the way and start laying the foundation for restoration- together.

60-90 minute appointment

Review of Findings & Treatment Plan- $215

Let’s make a plan, together!

This isn’t about handing you a treatment plan and sending you on your way. After we go over your results, we’ll have a real conversation about what is going on and what the next steps could look like. We’ll talk through your goals, your lifestyle and what feels doable for you. Together, we’ll come up with a plan that makes sense and sets you up for lasting change. You’re not in this alone- we’re in it with you!

45-60 minute appointment

Follow-Up Appointment- $165

This is where we check in on your progress, make any needed adjustments and keep the momentum going. We’ll talk about what is working and what is not. We’ll talk about how you’re feeling- body, mind and spirit. Healing isn’t always a straight line, and that is okay. Small steps lead to big change, and we’re in it with you!

30-40 minute appointment

There will be an additional fee if more than 6 months have lapsed from previous appointment.

Quick Check-In Visit- $60

Just need a brief touch base? These shorter visits are great for quick updates, simple tweaks or checking in on a specific concern. Whether it’s a question, a supplement adjustment or just some encouragement to stay the course, we’re here for it. Sometimes a little clarity and connection is all you need to keep moving forward with confidence and peace.
